No, if the majority of your upper or lower teeth are in good condition, our Toothcare professional dentist will attempt to restore your natural teeth first to save you time and money. 2. Teeth and bone scan

3. Surgical procedure

All On 4 Implants are mostly administered under a general anaesthetic to eliminate pain and discomfort. The surgical procedure includes:

  1. Removal of all teeth and traces of gum disease as the jawbone is prepared to accept the All On 4 teeth fixtures. Prior bone reconstructive work may be required to support implants.
  2. More impressions are taken through a gum opening for optimum placement of the prosthetic, wounds are sealed, and final adjustments are made.
  3. After 2-3 days of getting your All On 4 Implants, prosthetic teeth will be fitted on to your fixtures and you may go about your normal daily routine.
  4. To ensure normal function of your new All On 4 teeth, some post-surgery check-ups will be required.
